Queensland providing legal information, advice and
representation (or going to court) for children and young people. Below you will find more information about the services they provide and how to access their online resources.

- Community
Legal Centres which are independent, non-profit community organisations
that provide free legal services to the public and often offer holistic
service provision with youthworker or socialworker support:
What sort of legal problems can Legal Aid Queensland help you
with?
- Criminal
law - being charged or questioned by police, attending a youth justice
conference, going to court
- Family
law - parents breaking up, violence in your relationship, separating from
your partner
- Child
protection - the Department of Child Safety is involved
- Civil
law - debt, buying things you can't afford or don't work, school, renting,
being treated unfairly, when you are a victim of crime
