The Queensland Government provided Young Parents Program (YPP) with funding to run a year long program “YUMMI” (Young Unique Mums Moving It), to get more Queenslanders active through sport and recreation. It is open to all young pregnant and parenting women aged under 23 years who had their first pregnancy at 19 or younger. 

There are a range of free activities on offer and for the first half of the year these include: horse riding days, a kite-making park day, circus skills days, gym sessions and a pram- friendly bushwalk.
