'Youthcentral', the Victorian Government's website for young people aged 12-25, has launched a new web-based resource called Do-it-yourself Democracy.
It encourages young people to become active citizens by providing them with information on topics such as how to find a focus as an activist, how to use technology to communicate a message and case studies of young people who play an active role in their community. Much of the site's content has been produced by young people themselves. Visit: http://www.youthcentral.vic.gov.au/Do-it-Yourself+Democracy/
