Violent & antisocial behaviours among young people: an analysis of risk and protective factors
Thursday, 05 November 2009 12:26

ARACY's "Preventing Youth Violence" project seeks to mobilise action across sectors and disciplines in developing collaborative strategies that are grounded in the best available evidence on “what works” to reduce violent and antisocial behaviour in young people.

As part of the first phase of this project, a new report titled Violent and antisocial behaviours among young adolescents in Australian communities: an analysis of risk and protective factors has been completed.

The ARACY-commissioned report, produced by the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, identifies factors that increase or reduce the likelihood of young people engaging in violent and antisocial behaviour. Click here to read more about the study or download a copy (PDF) from http://is.gd/4NuAw.
