CREATE's latest report card, Transitioning from Care, was launched in June this year at the Brisbane Square Library. The Report Card was written by Dr. Joseph McDowell and provides an exceptional opportunity to listen to the voices of children and young people in care, and take action from these voices.

The ‘Transitioning from Care’ Report Card offers a national examination of the current issues affecting care leavers, highlights the gap between the development of policies and their implementation, and presents a series of recommendations.
