Friday, 09 May 2008

Fill out the Census online now using YANQ's online survey tool.

Deadline Extended for 1 week to Sunday September 7, 2008

The aim of the Queensland Census of Services for Young People that are Disengaged from Education, Training & Work is to find out who is doing what in Queensland for young people (aged 12 to 18) that are disengaged from Education and Training.

The information we gather in the survey

  • Will be used to inform the development of policy and practice on behalf of this group of young people
  • Will NOT be published in any manner that identifies individual services or workers (i.e. only generalised, collated data will be published).

The survey is part of the From Disengaged to Re-Engaged Project currently being undertaken by the Youth Affairs Network of Queensland

Avid Reader LogoEveryone who fills out the survey (prior to or on August 31, 2008) can go into the draw for one of seven $25 Australian Book vouchers. The vouchers have been provided thanks to support from Avid Reader Bookshop in West End and are redeemable at book stores across Australia.

For more information about this census, or the project in general please phone YANQ on (07) 3844 7713 or e-mail ndo@yanq.org.au.
