YANQ believes that Privacy is important and we will ensure that your privacy is protected while working with us and accessing our website.

Why does YANQ collect personal information?

YANQ collects personal information principally to allow us to send you opportunities to participate in our work. You can ask to stop receiving any emails from YANQ or change your details at any time. Instructions on how to do so will be at the bottom of any emails we send you, or you can send an email to: admin at yanq.org.au.

In addition, we also collect information about your location (eg postcode) so that we can provide relevant opportunities for you to be part of our activities.

We will also collect personal information for security and verification reasons when accepting donations or other payments.

What does YANQ do with the information?
YANQ will not provide your personal information to any other organisation except where necessary eg to verify credit card transactions or as required by law.

We won't sell, trade or exchange your information without your permission.

We'll make all reasonable efforts to store your information safely and securely. When you use our online payment facilities (eg to pay event registration fees or make a donation), that information is encrypted before being sent using SSL certificates.
